The March goes on.....
Posted On 07/31/2008 05:02:12 by Futaci

So where did I leave off... ah yes.  The end-game.  Well my PoM has hit 73, and thus become a moderate resource in some low-end end-game content.  I have yet to exercise this, but look forward to running arround screaming about how I can't keep the tank up.  LOL!

On another note I hooked up with my curent GM on an alt.  We have been having a blast leveling, and yes on the Guardian.  He is 57 now and climbing, though I am sure my time at work tonight has put a gap between myself and my grind buddy.  What I took from this was the amazing usefulness of the HoX.  I mean the damage barrier, the damage, and thank Xotli for the Blood Pit.  For those not attuned to the HoX, the Blood Pit is a nifty product of a minion kill or a chance on killing blow that increases the natural health regen by 135.2 at level 55!  Thats like an extra health pot with the damage barrier and being a tank!  I mean we could solo 5, yes FIVE, level 61 mobs at once both being 55!  I don't know about you, but that seems like an amazing feat to me.  Anyways we found it easy to grind and not even quest when performing such amazing things!  So now I have a back log of quest, at levels where I should be hurting for them, and some nice gear to boot!

On a side note, if Funcom doesn't boost either the damage of the polearm Guardian, or the survivability, they will never see anyone utilizing it.  This has been a bunch of useless junk, but it was on the brain.

Have Fun and Play Well!

I can't agree more.  I did the same thing but to a Guard.  The funny thing is that if you pair this squishy little hard hitting freak with a tank class it becomes the crack in a duos pipe man!  They are insane toons, and at higher levels and the right feat build they get real nice to play.
