Ok. So I don't know about you guys but I have finally gotten that first taste of end-game content, and so now I am rolling an alt. Yes, it is that bad. While people were walking through the raids during the "so-called" gem bug, now not so much. While some guilds are pressing deep into T2 content, not so much for me. Now I know this game is different, and I understand the reason I left WoW was that the end-game content was all the same. BUT DAMN FUNCOM!
Vistrix, the demon/dragon thing in Eog Mts, used to hit gemed tanks for about 5000 with her end all attack, now its more like 9000 since the FIX! How many know a tank that can take that? I can tell you I DON'T!!!! The rest of the content is just bleh. I mean I love the game. I love the new combat features. I love the new look at archetypes. I LOATHE the raid content, and thats only after one night! I realise I am being too hasty. I know its all being worked on as we speak. What I really don't understand is how Funcom couldn't see hardcore gamers hitting them in the end-game "no-no" spot within 3 months with the way they built this game. Then their reaction is to screw the raider to the point of stopping their progress until they can figure it out and probably release more raids for them to trudge through until they get an X-pac. In the nature of the great SnL feature of REALY!
Really Funcom?! Really?! You make it easy as pie to pound out all 80 levels then have nothing ready for when you get there?!!? Really?! You have people walking through your so-called end-game content so fast that they will burn the game down in 5 months so you make it damn near impossible to procede anymore to stop that from happening?! Really?! You build a game on the idea of massive PvP seiges and what-not only to tell us it's a work in progress when we all get STOPPED in T1 content?! Really?!
It's not enough to stop my AoC addiction, but damn they better pull their heads out of their asses soon man. They are going to lose their hardcore players, and in AoC thats a HUGE chunk. Anyways.....
Have Fun and Play Well.
